Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out how the Pallette Studio platform (the “Service”) may and may not be used. It is part of our Terms of Service.

You agree not to

• Use the Service to break the law or to help anyone else do so.
• Upload or send content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, or that you do not have the right to use.
• Send messages through the Service to people who have not agreed to hear from your business, or otherwise send unsolicited bulk or spam messages.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or areas of the Service that are not yours, or probe, scan, or test the security of the Service without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service — for example, by overloading it, introducing malware, or circumventing usage limits or security controls.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
• Misuse others’ personal information, including your clients’ — collect and use it only as needed to serve them, and in line with applicable privacy law.

Messaging and contacts

When you send email or SMS through the Service, you are responsible for having a proper basis to contact each recipient, for honoring opt-outs, and for following applicable anti-spam and messaging rules. Repeated complaints or high bounce rates may lead us to limit or pause messaging on your account to protect deliverability for everyone.

Enforcement

If we believe your use violates this policy or puts the Service, its data, or other customers at risk, we may limit, suspend, or terminate access, and where appropriate remove offending content. Where practical, we will let you know and give you a chance to resolve the issue.
