Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 15, 2026

This policy explains what personal information Pallette Studio collects when florist businesses use our platform (the “Service”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Pallette Studio is a working name; this policy will be finalized alongside the company name before general availability. It is a plain-language summary, not legal advice.

1. Who this covers

We handle two kinds of people’s information: the florist businesses that use the Service (our customers and their staff), and those businesses’ own clients (for example, couples planning an event) whose details a florist enters or who use a florist’s portal. For a florist’s client data, the florist is the primary decision-maker and we act as their processor.

2. What we collect

Payment card details are handled by our payment providers, not stored by us.

3. How we use it

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use a florist’s client data to advertise.

4. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service (such as hosting, email and SMS delivery, and payment processing), and only as needed for those functions. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the Service and its users. Connections you enable — like Google Calendar or a payment provider — receive only the data needed for that integration and are governed by their own policies.

5. Retention

We keep information for as long as an account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you close an account, you may export your data within a reasonable period, after which we may delete it in the ordinary course, subject to legal requirements.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption of sensitive credentials. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to limit access to what is necessary to operate the Service.

7. Your choices

Florist users can access and update most information directly in the Service. If you are a florist’s client and want to access, correct, or remove your information, please contact that florist, who controls their client records; we will assist them as their processor.
