Terms of Service
Last updated: July 15, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Pallette Studio, the operations software we provide to florist and event businesses (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your business.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for your team members’ use of the Service and for the accuracy of the content you enter — clients, proposals, pricing, and policies.
2. Your content and your clients
You retain ownership of the data you and your clients put into the Service (“Your Content”), including client details, proposals, images, and the customer-facing policies you publish. You grant Pallette Studio the limited rights needed to host, process, and display Your Content to operate the Service for you.
You are responsible for your own relationship with your clients, including the terms, cancellation, and payment policies you present to them. Any default policy templates we provide are optional starting points that you may adopt, edit, or replace — they are yours once adopted, and are not legal advice.
3. Payments and billing
Paid plans are billed as described at sign-up or in your order. Where the Service helps you collect payments from your clients, those funds and the payment relationship are handled through the payment provider you connect (for example, your Stripe or Square account); Pallette Studio is not a party to, and does not hold, those funds.
4. Third-party connections
The Service can connect to third-party tools you choose to enable, such as Google Calendar, email delivery, SMS, and payment providers. Your use of those tools is subject to their own terms, and their availability is not guaranteed by us.
5. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that put the Service, its data, or other customers at risk.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, improve, or change features over time, and will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect you.
7. Data and security
How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect data, and you are responsible for using the Service in a way that respects your clients’ privacy and applicable law.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. On termination, you may export Your Content within a reasonable period, after which we may delete it in the ordinary course. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pallette Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
